What you will finish
Common issues are handled safely and the right person receives useful information when help is needed.

Everyday safety

  1. Use only your own account and lock the device when you step away.
  2. Check the patient before opening, editing, downloading, or sending information.
  3. Use approved ClinicQ areas for records and files.
  4. Do not share private portal links, passwords, patient photos, or payment details in general chat.
  5. Report a lost device or suspicious access immediately.

Common messages

  1. Access denied: your role may not allow that action; ask an owner or administrator.
  2. Record not found: check the patient, branch, link, and whether the item was removed.
  3. Time unavailable: return to Calendar and choose another time.
  4. File not accepted: check the allowed type, clarity, and size, then ask for a new copy.
  5. Page did not load: refresh once, check your connection, and try again without repeating a payment or other irreversible action.

Report a problem well

  1. Write down the date, time, page name, and what you were trying to do.
  2. Copy the exact message shown on screen.
  3. Say whether the problem affects one person or several staff members.
  4. Tell the clinic's responsible administrator first.
  5. Use a patient reference known inside the clinic instead of sending sensitive details in a general support request.
