Managing the clinic

Read the dashboard, reports, and return-visit work

Use clinic figures to decide what needs attention without treating estimates as facts.
Who this is for
Owners, administrators, accountants, and authorized managers
Where to go
Dashboard, Patient return, and Clinic insights
What you will finish
The clinic turns daily figures into named, responsible actions.

Read the dashboard

  1. Confirm the date range, branch, and currency.
  2. Review appointments, income, unpaid balances, return visits, and items needing attention.
  3. Open the underlying list before acting on a number.
  4. Compare like periods and note unusual events such as holidays or closures.

Plan return visits

  1. Open Patient return and choose the patient group that needs attention.
  2. Check consent and contact preference before sending anything.
  3. Use clear clinic-approved wording.
  4. Assign follow-ups for patients who need a personal call.
  5. Review outcomes rather than counting messages alone.

Use figures responsibly

  1. Treat risk and suggestion labels as prompts for review, not final decisions.
  2. Do not let a score replace a doctor's or manager's judgment.
  3. Check the source list for missing or unusual records.
  4. Record the action taken and review whether it helped.
