Communication

Share booking and portal channels, and manage Telegram

Find the clinic's patient links, copy them safely, and understand how Telegram connects to daily work.
Who this is for
Owners, administrators, and staff who share clinic links
Where to go
Patient channels; Telegram setup is in Settings
What you will finish
Patients reach the correct clinic, and incoming requests appear in the clinic's own work areas.

Use the patient channels page

  1. Open Patient channels.
  2. Choose the public booking link when anyone should be able to request an appointment.
  3. Use a patient's private portal link only for that patient.
  4. Copy the link with the provided button and test the public booking page before publishing it.

Understand Telegram

  1. The patient Telegram assistant can collect requests and help patients reach their clinic journey.
  2. The staff Telegram assistant can show approved daily work and actions.
  3. Requests and messages return to Reception, Calendar, Messages, or the patient profile; they do not create a separate clinic record.

If Telegram is not ready

  1. An owner or administrator opens Patient channels, then Telegram settings.
  2. Read the connection status shown for this clinic.
  3. Do not publish a bot address until the clinic has tested it.
  4. If messages stop arriving, use the main ClinicQ screens and tell the responsible administrator.
