Getting started

Test every part of ClinicQ

Use a safe test clinic to check access, appointments, patient records, payments, communication, reports, and administration.

Prepare a safe test

  1. Use only invented patients, phone numbers, photos, and payments.
  2. Test with owner, reception, doctor, and accountant roles.
  3. Record the page, time, steps, expected result, and actual result for every problem.

Follow one complete patient journey

  1. Submit an online booking and approve it at Reception.
  2. Move the appointment through arrival, visit, clinical note, consent, and completion.
  3. Create an invoice, record a partial and final payment, and open the receipt.
  4. Create a follow-up, package, loyalty activity, referral, and patient-portal link.
  5. Check the same patient history from each allowed role.

Check clinic controls

  1. Configure branches, hours, services, staff, and permissions.
  2. Test Telegram and payment states without treating an unconnected provider as successful.
  3. Review reports, exports, inventory, audit history, mobile layout, keyboard use, and sign-out.
