Start here: learn your way around ClinicQ

Sign in safely

1. Open the ClinicQ address supplied by your clinic.
2. Enter your own email and password. Do not use another person's account.
3. If you cannot remember the password, choose Forgot password and follow the message sent to your email.
4. Check the clinic and branch shown on screen before working with patients.

Find your main pages

The left menu groups work by purpose. On a phone, the same choices appear in the scrolling menu below the top bar.

1. Dashboard shows the clinic at a glance.
2. Reception and Calendar handle requests and appointments.
3. Patients stores a person's history.
4. Messages and Patient follow-ups keep conversations and promised next steps together.
5. Settings is available only to people responsible for clinic setup.

Change the language

1. Use UZ, RU, or EN in the top bar.
2. Choose the language you want.
3. ClinicQ remembers this choice for your account.
